BPA ensures provision of all services to the required quality by maintaining a documented quality system which fully complies with, and is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. In addition to regular external audit by BSI, our Quality System is also subject to continuous quality reviews and improvements in our strive to exceed our clients expectations.

BPA’s approach to the organisation and management of Quality is addressed by the Company Quality Manual (MAN-Q-01). Copy of this document is available on request.
