In most cases construction is the natural conclusion to the planning and design stages. However, it is also the stage at which the majority of costs are incurred.

In addition to managing the tender process, BPA can provide an experienced site based team to represent client interests at the construction phase. This includes closely monitoring and auditing contractor activity to ensure programme and cost targets are met. Just as important, we'll ensure that unexpected costs caused by variations to the agreed scope are kept to a minimum.

The aim is always the same - the delivery of a safely managed project on time, on budget and to the quality you expected.
