Les has been with BPA for over 25 years and is an expert in the design and project management of refined product pipeline and storage facilities with a particular interest in the development of aviation dedicated systems, including both military and commercial supply, receipt, hydrant and delivery systems. He is responsible for BPA's ongoing work at Heathrow Airport where for many years BPA have undertaken ongoing engineering management of hydrant and storage projects on the airport.
