Paul is a highly experienced Chartered Engineer with a broad ranging expertise in control and instrumentation project management for oil and gas pipeline and terminal facilities, developed over 20 years with BPA. Paul's expertise extends from the planning, specification, procurement and installation of C&I systems (SCADA, metering, leak detection, etc.), to the technical audit of client facilities and development of enhancement project planning. Paul has provided C&I expertise on the pipelines, terminals and bulk storage facilities BPA operates and on similar facilities for clients world-wide, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, France, and the Philippines.
