Stephen has over 27 years experience at BPA in all aspects of Control & Instrumentation systems relating to oil & gas pipeline and terminal facilities including the recent £6M project replacing the UKOP SCADA system in the UK. He has worked on a wide range of projects worldwide including long term placements in Malaysia. Steve has been extensively involved in many NATO/MoD projects including the installation and commissioning of C&I systems on the UK Government Pipeline & Storage System (GPSS) and on associated NATO pipeline receipt facilities and airfield tankage facilities.
