Steve's expertise is in mechanical engineering projects relating to the integrity management, development and improvement of pipeline and terminal facilities, especially for refined multi-products. He has managed many pipeline on-line inspection projects on the pipelines for which BPA is responsible, including the interpretation of results and the implementation and on-site management of subsequent engineering rehabilitation works.
