BPA ensures provision of all services to the required quality by maintaining a documented quality system which fully complies with, and is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 The system is subject to regular external audit by BSI.

BPA's approach to the organisation and management of Quality is addressed by the Company Quality Manual (MAN-Q-01), available on request, which also contains the quality policy statement.
