From large projects:
BPA managed the entire design and construction process for the 130km multi-product pipeline from Melaka and Port Dickson refineries through thick jungle terrain to Kuala Lumpur airport. We also looked after the commissioning of the system and trained the new operations staff. In all, the project involved more than three years in Malaysia for the team, with ongoing technical (and operational) support from the UK .

Small projects:
We carried out a Health and Safety review for a pipeline project in China . This was a short, although very important, assignment that involved just one consultant.

Working in the UK:
BPA have been responsible for the Design and Project Management of new large diameter high pressure gas transmission pipelines for Transco. These have included the construction of numerous road, rail, river and canal crossings, and traversed unstable ground and disused mine workings.

Working globally:
Even though working on the other side of the world from our home in the UK, BPA provided detailed fuel facility integrity inspection services on the Falklands

Busy Environment:
Following a study by BPA to determine the technical feasibility and cost implications of a new fuel storage development, we were commissioned to provide Project and Construction Management services for aviation fuel tanks and hydrant pipelines at Heathrow Airport. The project was completed while the fuel facilities continued to operate at the world's busiest airport.

Quieter Environment:
Ascension Island was the location for Design and Project Management services for the construction of new aviation fuel facilities. The site, which was set in the environmentally sensitive surroundings of Green Turtle breeding grounds, involved two fully bunded aviation tanks and associated pipework.
