This includes closely monitoring and auditing contractor activity to ensure, programme and cost targets are met. Just as important, we'll ensure that unexpected costs caused by variations to the agreed scope are kept to a minimum.

Alongside the actual construction process, other considerations such as health and safety factors, environmental protection and quality assurance form a vital part of the service provided.
