Here's where your original concept is turned into a concise project definition and proposed methodology. This will include a statement of requirements, a report that defines how the objectives can be met, the definition of an operating philosophy, design basis, risk assessments, engineering standards, safety, quality and environmental concerns and the formal planning process. From these findings an estimate of expected costs can be calculated.

We recognise that targeted and creative thought at the earliest stages can have great positive impact on constructability and operability and on minimising project costs.
