One of BPA’s Project Managers together with the Integrity Manager attended the The Pipeline Technology Conference (ptc) in Berlin last week to find out more about how BPA can further improve the safety, integrity and reliability of the pipelines we operate. The ptc is Europe’s flagship conference and exhibition for the international pipeline industry. This year’s event merged the central physical conference with a virtual platform offering extended networking features. Pipeline and distribution network operators from all over the world participated in the ptc to learn more about current developments in the industry and exchange experiences with other operators.
The nature of Pipeline Technology Conference has always been based on the cooperation between technical and scientific community. The conference featured lectures, presentations and panel discussions on all aspects surrounding oil, gas and product pipeline systems, including current challenges and perspectives on decarbonization, hydrogen and Cyber Security.
