BPA’s business principles reflect our commitment to a strong ethical culture which underpins how we do business.
We view any non-compliance by our team as unacceptable and we encourage any BPA stakeholder (whether employee, supplier, contractor or client) with concerns about any aspect of BPA conduct to ‘speak up’ – either directly via a BPA Management representative or if necessary, securely and anonymously via the SpeakUp system
SpeakUp is a reporting system operated by an independent third party (People In Touch), allowing for anonymous flagging of concerns either via a secure website or via a free mobile app (which also allows for anonymised voice messages). The system automatically provides a unique case number (allowing the originator to log in and follow their case progress) with initial responses made within a week.
If you become aware of incidents of harassment or discrimination, abuse of power, bullying, fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, or any other behaviours contrary to our Business Conduct Policy then SpeakUp either:

- or by downloading the ‘SpeakUp by People Intouch’ mobile app. Use the pin number 102338.
- or by ringing the freephone number 0800 022 4118 and entering 102338 as the organisation code.
