Without a healthy BPA team, we can’t deliver for our clients, so we are committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
We provide access to a range of support services such as our employee assistance programme to help you with finances, family, health and wellbeing as well as offering annual mini health MOTs. Most recently we have introduced Mental Health First Aiders and free workshops on Resilience, Mindfulness and Mental Toughness.
